For decades, the industry has drawn in the most creative and talented chefs, urging them to push their limits and birth the next generation of dining experiences. In 2020, three distinguished chefs, each possessing unique yet complementary skills, came together. United by shared values, exceptional skill, and a passion for the culinary arts, Executive Chef Ricardo Lima, National Champion Pastry Chef Jessica Lewis, and Food Network Celebrity Chef Chris Kyler embarked on a journey to revolutionize food and hospitality.

MEET THE FOOD ARCHITECTS

For these chefs, it all started in the trenches of the catering business. Recognizing the significance of mastering the basics, they returned to the foundations, breaking ground with small, exclusive events. Each event served as an incubator for innovation, leading to more customized and detailed services. They showcased classical cuisines with personalized flair, earning acclaim for their expertly prepared, high-quality dishes. Yet, their pursuit of fulfillment endured. Tirelessly laboring, they pushed boundaries, aiming for greater heights with each presentation and design. While the journey continues, they are now ready to unveil their labor of love: The Blueprint Experience!
